Our bags are made to last for as long as you want them, however using them on a daily basis means that damages may occur.
With our Care & Repair service we want to make sure that a defect does not mean you need to replace your bag.

Every bag comes with 2 years warranty. If your bag shows a defect within that time period and the defect is related to the production of the bag repairs, are free of charge. Otherwise we'll send you a quote in the same e-mail.
Most repairs can easily be done at home. In rare cases VanVeer does the repair in the workshop in Spain. Please note that we cannot accept any returns that have not been approved upfront by us, by email. We know it sucks when you find your VanVeer broken, but we live by the rule that there is a solution to every problem.
