Note that our 3D tool is a simulation, which means that colors and structures never correspond 100% to reality. Use the images of our leather samples on our custom bag page and all the examples on our Instagram account as a more natural reference for the look and feel of your bag.

4. Insta Design Session

Every month Vera hosts a free Insta Design Session on our Instagram Account. Send in color combinations you would like to see during this 'Insta live' and listen to Vera’s feedback and extra recommendations. Insta Design Sessions are announced in advance on our Instagram account.

5. Online Design Session

We organize Online Design Sessions regularly. Join like-minded VanVeer fans and have fun designing your very own VanVeer while being guided by Vera herself.

6. Private Design Session

If you want ultimate reassurance regarding colors and how they combine; please book a Private Design Session with Vera. During a 20-minute virtual session, Vera guides you through the custom options and answers all your questions. By the end of your session, you’ll have decided on every detail of your design, all ready to order.

The Original is the go-to model if you want to be fully prepared and make sure you’ll be able to carry along every item you’ll possibly need. Are you more of an essentials-only type of person, or do you prefer a more compact model, then the Midi will have your back. Do you need to carry a laptop that’s over 13”? Then go for the Office Bag, our most multifunctional and spacious model.

Yes, we sell gift cards:

1. E-gift card with an optional amount; 10, 25,50,100,150, 200, 250, and 500 euros. This gift voucher is sent by email and contains a code that can be entered when placing an order on the website and is registered as a discount. The VanVeer E-Gift Card code is valid for two years from the date of purchase.

2. We also offer physical Gift Cards; which can be added to a VanVeer Gift box. Optional amounts for these physical Gift Cards are; 10, 25,50,100,150, 200, 250, and 500 euros.

VanVeer works with high-quality leather and other materials. It’s the skin of living animals that have aged and grown over time. It will have stretch marks, scars, and pores. These are no production errors but show the authenticity of your VanVeer.

Just like (almost) everything in life, if treated well, your VanVeer will last you a lifetime. We have added a how-to-treat my VanVeer guide to your order. Please read this carefully and handle your purchase accordingly.

This also means that different sheets of leather of the same color can vary in color intensity. These are not production errors, but proof of the materials being 100% natural and show the authenticity of your VanVeer.

VanVeer does not hold stock but orders leather in batches. Therefore different pieces of leather of the same color can differ in shade. Every batch of leather is unique. This means that the same color can differ between batches. You need to take this into account when ordering different items of the same color of leather at different times.

Changes can be done to your order as long as it has not yet entered its production phase. Please send an email to team@vanveer.com to check if the desired adjustments are possible for your order. Make sure to note your order number and the changes you would like to make. Our customer service will guide you through any steps that need to be taken.

Private Design Sessions need to be booked within 2 months after purchase. If you would like to change the time slot after booking the session, please send an email to team@vanveer.com. Our customer service will reschedule the session for you. You can only reschedule once.

Yes, we ship all over the world. You will be notified when we ship your order. VanVeer will send your order after your payment is received.

Please be aware that import VAT and custom fees may be charged for non-EU countries. These costs are for the recipient and will not be reimbursed.

Goods valued under 800 USD shipped from Spain to the U.S. are generally exempt from import VAT and duty fees. We diligently strive to declare values below this threshold to avoid additional charges. However, while we make every effort to ensure compliance, we cannot guarantee exemption from fees due to potential changes in regulations or assessment procedures.

All doctor’s bags take up to 9 weeks to arrive at your doorstep from the moment you place your order. Smaller items like Zipper Pouches, Keyholders, and Gift Boxes take around 2 weeks when ordered separately. We cannot guarantee delivery dates 100% as we depend on external parcel delivery companies. Every sent-out package has a Track and Trace link, however, which means you can always be informed about the status of your order.

At VanVeer every bag is uniquely made for you, we don’t run stock. That's why all doctor’s bags take up to 9 weeks to arrive at your doorstep from the moment you place your order.

The lead time voor a custom Zipper Pouch is 2 weeks.

As soon as your order leaves our studio, you’ll receive two emails. One from VanVeer to let you know your order is on its way, and one from the parcel delivery company. Both will state ‘O Labor & MCFeather’ as the sender.

The email from the parcel delivery company contains a track and trace number and link. Follow this link in the email and use your track and trace number to stay updated on your order status.

It is possible to change your shipping address after you’ve placed your order by logging into your VanVeer account. If you skipped creating an account when you placed your order, you can still do so at a later time. Make sure you use the same email address as used when placing the order. Note that changing the address needs to be done before the order is sent out from our workshop. If you’re not sure about the timing of changing your address, please send an email to team@vanveer.com. 

Every bag comes with a 2 years warranty. If your bag shows a defect within that time and the defect is related to the production of the bag, please do not hesitate to fill out this repair form. We'll then contact you by email to let you know how we can help and what the (repair) process will be. Please note that we cannot accept any returns that have not been approved upfront by us, by email.

Only non-custom orders can be canceled within 14 days of purchase. You can do so by sending an email to team@vanveer.com. Our Customer Care will inform you about the procedure. You’ll be automatically refunded on your payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at team@vanveer.com

You can return your VanVeer within 7 days after you received your order. All return orders must not be used and can not be damaged. When your return order is received VanVeer will refund using a wire transfer into your bank account. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact team@vanveer.com if you want to return your bag.
Please note that custom orders can’t be returned.

To protect the leather of your bag use a leather conditioner to keep it like new. It will rejuvenate dry and old leather. Make sure you use a product that contains natural oils and waxes. To extra waterproof your bag, spray your VanVeer with a water-resistant leather spray regularly.

It’s normal that leather slightly changes color over time due to sunlight and rain. If your VanVeer gets wet: Dry it slowly. Speed-drying leather changes its chemical structure, and you end up with stiff crinkle-cut chaos. Drying at room temperature with gentle air works better than using your hair dryer. And remember to keep it in the shape you want it to end up in! Dried-out raindrops and light spots can be removed by gently rubbing the leather back and forth. Never use chemicals like turpentine, gasoline, or acetone to remove spots. After treatment, use a leather conditioner and spray your VanVeer with a water-resistant leather spray. 

VanVeer sells her Leather Care Kit here. This Leather Care Kit is carefully selected and includes specialized products to keep your VanVeer looking amazing and make it last longer. We recommend treating your bag at least once a month.

If your bag and or packaging arrives damaged, please inform us immediately. You can do so by sending us an email at team@vanveer.com. Please make pictures before unpacking of:

1. the damaged packaging

2. the address label

3. the damaged item(s)

Include these pictures in the email. 

Has your bag been damaged during usage or do you want your bag to be revamped? Fill out this form to send in your repair request. We'll then contact you by email within 24 hours to let you know how we can help and what the (repair) process should be. Most repairs can easily be done at home. In rare cases, VanVeer repairs in the workshop in Spain.

Based on your inquiry and whether or not your bag is under warranty, we will send you a quotation for repair and shipping instructions. Note that we cannot accept any bags sent to the studio for repair that have not been approved upfront by us, via email. Please take into account that sending your bag for repair to our studio means you’ll have to do without for about 4 weeks.
