The story behind the Backpack´s return
Did you know that the backpack isn’t a new addition but a timeless VanVeer original?
It made its debut years ago! In an effort to keep things simple, we decided to focus solely on our doctor's bags niche and removed it from the website. That didn’t last long! Whenever I showed a glimpse of the backpack, messages started pouring in: "What's this beautiful thing?" "I need this for my bike rides!" Your enthusiasm has been contagious. So… let’s (re)open the backpack season!
Backpack FAQ
The standard backpack includes and front zipper pocket, plus a spray protector. Only from June 27 - 30, you will receive a FREE laptop compartment + 2 side pockets (worth €42) with your VanVeer backpack.
Get ready to bring heaps of essentials on your back!
To get an idea, you can fit:
- 16-inch laptop
- 2 Zipper Pouches (regular size)
- 1 Zipper Pouch XL
- Water bottle + lunch box
- otoscoop
- ophthalmoscope
- glucose meter
- pulse oximeter
Apart from the laptop compartment and the two side pockets, we recommend the outer zipper pocket, located on the back of the backpack. To make it even more personal, add a monogram with your initials or name. Additionally, the pen holder is a great option if you want to keep your pens and pencils at hand during the day.
Keep your bag organized with our most-loved accessory: the Zipper Pouch! You can fit at least three of these extremely handy pouches in your backpack. A true lifesaver for midwives and general practitioners. It doesn't stop here. Whether it's our No-Waste Pencil Case, Card Holder, Key Holder, or Wallet, each one seamlessly fits into the backpack to keep everything nice and tidy.
Yes! Although VanVeer bags look like genuine eye candy handbags (which they are), thousands of midwives and doctors are using our bags as their day-to-day medical bag / backpack.
Our lead time for a custom-made VanVeer backpack is 8/9 weeks. We know that this can seem to be a little bit ‘long’ compared to the online ‘order today, receive tomorrow’ shopping nowadays. We don’t run stock and that each VanVeer is handmade, uniquely for you. Good things take time, people!
Every VanVeer bag comes with a 2-year warranty. If your bag has a production defect, our customer service will assist with the repair. All repairs are done in our studio in Spain, unless we decide on another solution together. We guarantee to fix any issue. A VanVeer won't let you down.
