Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at team@vanveer.com. Please note that we cannot accept any returns that have not been approved upfront by us, via email.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Only non-custom orders can be returned. Custom orders (designed by you and crafted by us) are non-returnable. This does not mean we don't offer service for custom orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific custom item, so that we can evaluate the issue together and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards and gift boxes.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your payment method within 10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
